QINGDAO HUINUOCHANGYUAN HEAVY INDUSTRY PROJECT

The project is located in Nancun Town, Pingdu City, Qingdao, involving structural components with single-unit lengths of approximately 27.2 meters. It encompasses the fabrication of high-complexity elements such as 26-ton double-shoulder components, four-corbel assemblies, and ultra-tall lattice columns with aircraft nose-inspired configurations. Key processes and techniques employed include rust removal for extra-wide plates (road/bridge panel shot blasting) and intricate edges (laser cleaning), oversized material cutting, medium-thick plate splicing, manual assembly welding for super-sized components, heavy lifting and positioning, vertical and overhead welding operations, as well as precision testing and measurement throughout the construction phase.

The project is located in Tonghe Subdistrict, Pingdu City, Qingdao, Shandong Province. With a planned construction area of 48,000 square meters, the main steel structure weighs approximately 2,000 metric tons, and the primary framework adopts a portal frame structure.

A: Usually we will send you the detailed installation drawing and video, we can provide the installation service, supervision and training by extra. We can send our professional technical engineer to supervise installation on site overseas. We also have professional construction team, they will help you to install the steel structure building if you need.
